How to execute a "refund" for a credit card transaction

** Notes. ** You will need manager access for this. Card will need to be present or full card number information and expiration date to process the refund. You can only refund for the full amount that was charged. You cannot do a partial refund. If you need to refund a partial amount, you can refund the full, then re run the correct amount or issue back a gift card for the amount needed for refund

** NOTE **: You can only do full "refund" for credit card transactions and you can only "refund" a CC transaction by voiding the transaction that has been batched out.

STEP 1: Click on the 3 vertical dots.

STEP 2: Click on Ticket Manager

STEP 3: Use the calendar and pick the day the transaction took place

STEP 4: Click on ticket that has the CC transaction

STEP 5: Double check that card number of ticket is the correct one that needs to be voided/refunded

You can easily check in any appointments by clicking on the appointment, and then the Check-In icon.

The appointment will change color indicating that the appointment has been checked in.
