How to set up or edit rewards / loyalty program

You will need manager/owner access for this.

STEP 1: Click 3 vertical dots


STEP 2: Click on Marketing


STEP 3: Enter Password



STEP 4: Click on Reward & Discounts


STEP 5: In the Reward Earn section, for each dollar spent at the salon input the number of points the clients will earn.
Example: $1 = __ 1.00 points



STEP 6: In the Reward Value and Reward Points section, this is the redemption value and points.
STEP 6A: Set the Reward Value that the client can earn and select either dollar or percentage ($ or %)
Example: $5 or 5%
STEP 6B: Set the Reward Points needed to be able to redeem the reward value
Example: 500 points
STEP 7: Click Save


Scenario:
$1 = 1.00 points
5% for every 500 points OR $5 for every 500 points.

You cannot redeem points until you reach the minimum Reward Points
