How to combine tickets

STEP 1: On the main screen of the POS, on the losing ticket (ticket that will be combined with the winning ticket) click on the # icon

STEP 2: Remember Ticket number of losing ticket.

STEP 3: On the main screen of the POS, select the “winning” ticket (the ticket that you want to keep)

STEP 4: Once the ticket window opens, selected the stacked ticket icon on the right top corner of the ticket window.

STEP 5 Locate the losing ticket, You can click on the #icon to make sure you have the right ticket number, it should match the ticket number from STEP 2

STEP 6: Select Losing Ticket

**STEP 7 **: Click COMBINE at the bottom right corner

STEP 8: All services from losing ticket will be combined onto this winning ticket.
