How to view or change password/portal touch ID for employees

You will need manager/owner access for this


STEP 1: Click on 3 vertical dots.






STEP 2: Click on Salon Settings






STEP 3: Enter Password






STEP 4: Click on Employee








STEP 5: Click on the employee that needs to see their password or wants to change their password




Need to view password? Go to STEP A
Need to change password? Skip to STEP B



TO VIEW PASSWORD
STEP A: Click on the eyeball icon next to password or portal Touch ID to display password
STEP AA: Once you've seen the password, click Cancel







TO CHANGE PASSWORD
STEP B: Delete password or portal touch ID and enter in a new one
STEP BB: Click SAVE
