How to set Requests not count towards turn

You will need manager/owner access for this.

STEP 1: Click 3 vertical dots


STEP 2: Click on Salon Settings


STEP 3: Enter Password


STEP 4: Click on Configuration


STEP 5: Click on Turn to expand the options


STEP 6: Select the radio button: “Request Don’t Count Toward Turn”
NOTE : Black radio button means not selected, Blue radio button means selected.
