How to register clients for reward / loyalty program

You may need manager/owner access for this.

STEP 1: Click Client

STEP 2: Enter password, if applicable

STEP 3: Using search bar input in client name/number and click enter

STEP 4: Double-click on client's profile

STEP 5: Click Sign Up Now

STEP 6: Fill out client's information (i.e., Zipcode, birthday, email address)

STEP 7: Click on Confirm

STEP 8: Verification code will be sent to client's phone number.

Client has two options: ** (OPTION A ) ** Client reads out the code to receptionist ** OR ** ** (OPTION B ) ** Client clicks on link to verify message.

OPTION A: Client can read out the verification code to receptionist to input into POS and then click CONFIRM

OPTION B: Client can click on the link provide in the verification text, let the receptionist know, and receptionist can click on CLIENT CONFIRM.
