How to check-in appointment through Appointment Book

STEP 1: Click on Appointments on the top navigation bar






STEP 2: Click on the appointment you want to check in
STEP 3: Click on checkmark icon





Now on the main screen you will see that the appointment is now in the Waiting section.

If you want to start the ticket or edit the services or the technician do the following:
STEP 4: Click on Appointment on main screen of POS



STEP 5 : There'll be a pop-up window asking if you want to "Start Ticket" or "Edit Ticket," choose what you want to do.
Start Ticket - Click this button if technician is ready for client. This will put the client in the In Service side
Edit Ticket - Click this button if any changes to services or technicians need to be made.
