How to change techs on a closed ticket
You will need to have manager/owner access for this.
STEP 1: Click on the 3 vertical dots.
STEP 2: Click on Ticket Manager
STEP 3: Select the day on the calendar
STEP 4: Click on the ticket you want to edit
STEP 5: Click on EDIT
STEP 6: Select the service(s) that needs to have the technician changed
STEP 7: Select CHANGE TECH
STEP 8: Select the correct technician
STEP 9: Make sure the service(s) have the correct technician
STEP 10: Click on PAY BILL
STEP 11: Click on DONE
