How To Bypass SPIN On Z11 (Processing a Transaction Without The POS)

Pre Update
To manually process a sale or refund transaction.

Press OK and password 1234.
Select Utility and password 1234.
Select Communications.
Select Local Parms.
Select SPIN.
Select SPIN Bypass.
Select SPIN Bypass On.
Press the red Cancel key multiple times to exit.


After Update

On the main screen hit the cirle with the arrow going around it.



Enter password 1234, then Green OK.
Hit any key.
Then select credit or refund to process your transaction.

To exit this mode, just hit the circle with arrow going around it again. Screen should return to say POS Online like below

**Then, to process a refund in Bypass mode**

1) Using your fingertip, tap the word "Sale" on the display then tap the word "Return" in the list of options.
*Input the Return amount and press OK.
2) If the amount shown is correct use your fingertip to press OK to confirm, if it is not correct use your fingertip to tap CANCEL and re-enter the amount.
3) Tap (contactless only), Insert, Swipe or Manually Enter Card Number
4) Press YES to confirm Return amount

After just press Red button to clear out of bypass mode.
