Cannot close ticket while tech is in service notification
Scenario: You have a ticket open that you are trying to close but tech is in service with another client. When you try to close the ticket, you get the error message: "Tech is working, can't close a service bill."

STEP 1: Select the service and click on "CHANGE TECH".
STEP 2: Then select a tech that is not working on a client.

STEP 3: Notate ticket number.
STEP 4: Click on "PAY BILL".

STEP 5: Click on "CLOSE BILL".

Now that the ticket is closed, we're going to reopen it and assign it to the correct tech.
STEP 6: Click the item with 4 squares.
STEP 7: Click on Closed Tickets.

STEP 8: Click on the ticket.

STEP 9: Click on "VIEW TICKET".

STEP 10: Click on “REOPEN TICKET”

STEP 11: Select the service and click on "CHANGE TECH".
STEP 12: Select the correct tech.

STEP 13: Click on PAY BILL.

STEP 14: Click on DONE.
